To initiate the application process, please complete our application form Here> and return electronically to admissions@wvns.org with the applicant’s name and birthdate in the subject line along with a $65 application fee via one of the following:

Applications are due by November 15, 2019

Once your application and payment are processed, a member of our admissions team will contact you to schedule a parent tour and family visit.
Parent Tours
Parent tours take place in late November through mid-February. A member of our admissions team will take you on a private tour of the school. You will visit the classrooms and see the teachers and children in action. Following the tour, you will have the opportunity to meet with our director, Karen Flagg, who will answer any questions you have about our program.
Family Visits
Family visits will take place in January and February. Small groups of children will spend time with the teachers in the classroom. You will be with your child during the visit, so there is no worry about separation. The purpose of the visit is for us to meet your child and get better acquainted with your family. It also gives you another opportunity to visit the school and talk with other WVNS parents and teachers.
Notification
WVNS is a member of ISAAGNY and sends acceptance letters via email on Thursday February 27, 2020 according to their notification guidelines. The parent reply date is no later than noon on March 5, 2020.
Sibling/Legacy Policy
Early Notification is available for siblings of current or former WVNS students. If you are interested in applying for early notification, please mark the early notification box on your application. Early Notification emails will be sent via email by December 5, 2020. Family replies are due no later than noon on Friday January 24, 2020.
